The popular Boulder gelato shop Fior di Latte Gelato will be opening its third location inside RiNo’s Zeppelin Station, set to open late 2017.
Denver is about to get a little sweeter! Fior di Latte Gelato in Boulder is expanding and has announced plans to open a third location inside RiNo’s Zeppelin Station, which will be opening at the end of this year. This will be the Italian dessert shop’s first location in Denver.
Fior Gelato owner Bryce Licht said, “We source local ingredients from local farmers and are strongly committed to our community connections — which is why the Zeppelin Station project, with its relationship-driven philosophy, was a perfect fit for us.”

Bryce and Giulia Licht met in 2008 in Italy and brought their love of gelato to Boulder. Originally, Fior Gelato started out as a wholesale company, supplying to restaurants and to customers at the Boulder Farmer’s Market. Their popularity quickly grew, and this led to the opening of the shop’s first store in 2014.
With unique flavors like pistachio cardamom and Vietnamese iced coffee, the Zeppelin Station team was extremely eager to add Licht and his wife Giulia onboard. You can view the full list of flavors here.
Justin Anderson, Director of Hospitality Development for Zeppelin, said that Fior “delivers a fun and unique experience that attracts a diverse audience,” which is what the Zeppelin Station is hoping to accomplish.
The Zeppelin Station promises to be a collaborative workspace and market hall. It was born from the success of other market-style spaces around Denver like The Source, Denver Central Market, and Stanley Marketplace.
